I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious Japanese-style room which comfortably accommodated me. The onsen facilities were truly delightful, featuring separate sections for men and women. I also appreciated the fantastic buffet dinner that presented a lavish selection of dishes.

Nice place with its free wi-fi, luggage storage, and spa wellness center. I remember my first stay, when the staff helped me with late check-in. Highly recommend enjoying the buffet breakfast! Coming back for a new year.

The room condition feels neglected with outdated furniture!!! A better shuttle service for potential guests would significantly enhance the arrival experience!!!

missingWrote a review on Dec 10delicious breakfaststunning onsenlocal diningdated roomlimited dining options
Breakfast was delightful, and I snagged a beautiful window seat! The onsen experience was top-notch, especially the outdoor bath with mountain views. Nearby dining like Jouzankei Ramen Ninja and Locale JZK offered tasty finds. My culinary adventure was definitely satisfying!
Even with all the perks, the room felt a tad dated and had an unpleasant smell. Plus, they wouldn't let us eat in the restaurant. With limited options nearby, we thought we’d be stuck. Still, everything else really shined.

It was just a well-suited match for a short weekend trip in Sapporo with decent value for money. The buffet breakfast had an impressive selection that made each morning feel like a feast. Be aware that lifts can be slow, so plan ahead if you're in a rush.

24-hour onsen bliss and variety
The hot spring facilities were the highlight, open 24 hours, allowing a relaxing soak at any time. Breakfast had a delightful mix of Asian and Western options, ensuring everyone could find something delicious.
While the hot springs were incredible, the room's air conditioning struggled, leading to a slightly uncomfortable night. Some furnishings were noticeably dated, which could use an update.

missingWrote a review on Oct 1824-hour onsendelicious breakfaststale smellnoisy environment
The 24-hour onsen access provided privacy and a relaxed atmosphere, allowing for uninterrupted enjoyment late into the night. The shower facilities next to the hot springs were convenient and kept everything clean. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, accommodating both Western and Asian tastes. From fried eggs to Japanese congee, the options satisfied my culinary cravings. I also appreciated how the breakfast area handled large groups without feeling overcrowded. Unfortunately, our room had a stale cigarette smell that lingered, and the air conditioning didn't work well. This forced us to open the window, leading to noise from traffic outside that disrupted our sleep. Despite the issues with the room, the communal onsen experience was definitely a highlight of my stay.

Soaking in Snowy Bliss!
Lucky me, I got to enjoy the first snow while soaking in the onsen! It was amazing to relax in the hot spring and look out at the snowy mountains. Dinner at the place is super cheap and delicious! Just wish the cold plunge pool was actually cold. it kinda missed the mark.

Family with children paradise
The onsen was relly great as they got these huge rooms for soaking, and the foot spa, relaxing my feet in hot water while it was snowing outside! ! The buffet dinner had so many options, and we even rocked out some karaoke before hitting the sack.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was worth it.
